This useful feature can deliver significant fuel savings. Traditionally operators keep a single cutter knife setting for the same crop, but this might mean they are using more fuel than necessary if the straw quality varies throughout the field. Using the rear camera the operator can now view the chopped straw and adjust the cutter knife settings directly from the cab for changing conditions such as greener straw.
