Caterpillar is expanding its range of telescopic loaders with a new range of 4 machines (each available in 4 versions) and a Super Compact model. Capacities adapted to the current demand of the European agricultural market, lifting heights range from 5.60 m to 7.30 m, for capacities from 2.5 tons to 4 tons.
The TH336, TH337, TH406 and TH407 have a similar concept to the models they replace (symmetrical chassis with long wheelbase for better stability, lateral and longitudinal engine without angle transmission, transmission with torque converter). New CAT C4.4 engines (Euro 3 / Tier 3), a new high-speed Load Sensing piston pump (150l / min), new bridges with a large steering angle (50 °).
The new CATERPILLAR telescopic loaders also feature a new longitudinal stability indicator with automatic cut-out of aggravating movements.
From low height to access the low buildings, the completely redesigned cabin to increase visibility and interior space, has a modernized control ergonomics. The instrumentation integrates a new on-board computer to provide drivers with all the information needed to optimize driving and increase productivity.
A super-compact model:
With a height and width of less than 2 m and a total length of only 3.66 m, the new Caterpillar TH255 telescopic loader offers many possibilities for handling in tight spaces. Equipped with the CAT C4.4 engine and hydrostatic transmission (continuous variation from stop to maximum speed), this machine is a reference in terms of maneuverability and performance.
It should also be noted that Caterpillar is renewing its range of high-rise machines for the industrial and construction markets.
