Deutz-Fahr replaces the Agrotron K 90, 100, 110 and 120 by four models K 410, 420, 610 and 430. These multi-crop-livestock tractors are manufactured in the Treviglio plant in Italy. One can find there all the technology of the big models namely the air suspension of the cabin, the self-regulated air-conditioning.
After the renewal of the higher power series with the M and X, Deutz-Fahr also reviews the polyculture-breeding tractors by introducing the K 410, K420, K 610 and K430 with a respective power of 89, 100 And 112 ch. The first digit of the denomination refers to the number of cylinders of the engine, while the second digit gives the power indication. Thus, the K 610 stands out from the other tractors in this series by its versatility from its 6-cylinder and its larger wheelbase.
Significant differences also apply to the engines of these tractors. If the first two models are equipped with a Deutz UPS ("Unit Pomp System"), the next two models receive the "Deutz Common Rail" (DCR), the common rail of which is powered by Two feeder pumps and not one. This would result in less cab noise and increased torque at low rpm).
The four models of tractors receive the Deutz Power Control (DPC) which allows an increase of power in the event of activation of the air conditioning, the headlights ... The Deutz Power Control is not to be confused with the PTO Boost which concerns only The K430 and which allows to deliver an over-power if necessary to the power take-off (max power of 130 hp).
The new K models are fitted with a hydraulic reverser, a three-speed shift gearbox (robotic ranging) and four PTO modes.
Three types of hydraulic circuits are available: the simplest (gear pump) delivering 63 liters / min and load-sensing circuits with mechanical distributors (75 liters / min) and electrical distributors (83 liters / min).
As usual, these tractors are available in standard and Profiline (more sophisticated) versions.
